The location is convenient for exploring Cinque Terre.

I struggled to sleep due to the constant disturbances from passing traffic and late-night revelers. The shower was also less than hygienic, with signs of previous occupants, made it uncomfortable to use.

dirty shower

unbearable noise

The shower was dirty with unsightly hair from other guests, quite disgusting. Not to mention, i expected some form of special treatment as a high-priority guest, but none was given. The noise outside was unbearable, ruining any chance of relaxation. I just couldn't give a good review.

The location is perfect, super close to the train station. The rooms were clean, and we loved the nice views from our balcony! The air conditioning worked well too.

It would've been great to have some water in the mini-fridge upon our arrival.

I really enjoyed my stay with the room being clean and new. I loved being able to check in early, which was super convenient. There were also plenty of spots to just relax and unwind after a long day, including a lovely terrace and cozy lounge area. The only issue was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Vivi 5 Terre offered an exemplary stay. The location is advantageous, only a 2-minute walk from the train station, made traveling to the Cinque Terre convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and felt brand new, complete with a tv and free Wi-Fi. I particularly appreciated having the electric kettle available for refreshments as well.

Street noise was occasionally disruptive.
